reputa￿t￿ oflhe tharity through the splrKual sgrvvs that il provldg$.
Flnancial review and rfsk asse#Jment
The trustees 8¢1ivèty review the major risk$ facing the chawity throughout the year. Procgdures have been
established for idenltfying signifunt risks and d9veloping and implomenting slrat8gie5 to mitigate suth risks.
We have now had the chatKe to bok at the k)¢al area and thus obtain a grèater uThJerstsndlng of h)cal
communty- We ara endeavtsring to introdLfk tutors that ￿11 reflect on OUT local neod$ as well as conlinuing to
offer bereavement support, medttation and healing clinic5. The opening of the Northern tube at Battersea power
gives people an additional access of travel which is only 8 10 mins walk away.
We are also includin9 projects and offering SUPPOrt from aC￿rted counsellors and support groups for
paople dealing with illnesses. We are currently attracting a wider audien¢e lo the adNitie5 w& offor of both young
and maluTe people as well a$ a wider cultural community. We tske on board the needs of our members and
on¢ourage their input so that tha Assoaalion me•ts the demands of all who use us. The Sunday Se￿￿ is now
both from our property and also on Zoom, which enables peO￿e from all parts of the country and drfferent
country's lo attend.

opporlunities for fLWther training, allowng our healers lo specialise in areas that dirgctly ￿nerrt the local
community, as identified by the chadty.
