ways lo ensure that it is always accessible to those wanting lo use th¢ charitys strrd¢&s and making certain that
it provides these $8Nices in an effident way. The Trustees are ahvays mindful of the need lo maintain the
reputation of lh8 charity through the spiritual seThices that il provKle$.

Tho trustees actively review the major risks f4¢ing the ch¥rrty throughout the year. Pro¢edure8 have be¢n
established for idenlfying signfficant risks and develoFing and implementing stral8gie8 lo mib'gal¥ such risks.
We have now had the ¢hance 1¢ look at the local are8 and thus obtain 4 greater understanding of our local
comrnunity. W8 are endeavoring lo introduce lulors that wll reflect on our local needs as well as continuing to
tr￿F bereavement support, meditation and healing diniGry. The opening of the Northem lube at 8attorsea power
gives people an additional access of Iraval which is only a 10 mins walk away.
We are also induding new projects and offering 8UPPOrt from awedited counsellors and support groups lor
peopl¢ dealing with illnesses. W¢ are currentty attracting a wider audience lo the actr￿lieS w8 off9r of both youn9
and mal(tr8 people as well 8$ a wider cultural communty. We tske on board Ihe needs of our members and
on¢ouragè th•ir input so that the AssocialKin meets tha demands of all who use us. Th? Sunday service 1$ now
both from our property ond also on Zooffl, which enables people from all of county and diffèrent
countrfs to attend.

place lo mitigate exposure to the major risks.

opportunities for further Irèining, allowing our healt￿ to specialis& in area$ that directy benefit the Iccal
