qvantity surveyors. a controct W05 aworded to Pinninotons Ltd in December 2024 with work
dve to commence on Me 6 January 2025. It is expected thot the lolal cost ol the project will
be £1.8million wrth £1.04 million coming from o Home5 England Grant. £500k coming Irorn
loans and the bolonce from the Trusls reserves.
