**Objects:** (A)  TO ASSIST IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY THE SPIRITUAL, MORAL, SOCIAL, INTELLECTUAL AND PHYSICAL WELFARE OF THE DEAF AND THOSE WITHOUT SPEECH, WHO ARE DEFINED AS THOSE PERSONS WHO WHERE BORN DEAF, BECAME TOTALLY DEAF AS A RESULT OF DISEASE OR INJURY AND PEOPLE WHO ARE WITHOUT SPEECH FROM BIRTH, OR AS A RESULT OF DISEASE OR INJURY.   (B)  TO PROVIDE RELIGIOUS ECUMENICAL WORSHIP FOR MEMBERS WHO WISH TO PARTICIPATE.

**Activities:** spiritual, educational social activities with like people who are deaf without speech also interacting with the local community, and assisting people who learn sign language through colleges and schools, to practice their sign language techniques with the deaf without speech group. Interation with other deaf without speech clubs.
