**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND:(I) TO PROMOTE TEMPERANCE PRINCIPLES AND TO ENCOURAGE THE PRACTICE OF TOTAL ABSTINENCE;(II) TO PROMOTE TEMPERANCE BY ARRANGING OR SUPPORTING THE ARRANGEMENT OF LECTURES, MEETINGS, COMPETITIONS, AND/OR ANY OTHER APPROPRIATE EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS AS WILL SECURE THE WELFARE OF YOUNG PERSONS;(III) TO UNITE, THROUGH AFFILIATION OR REPRESENTATION, TEMPERANCE SOCIETIES AND ORGANISATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY;(IV) TO COMBAT THE SALE OF INTOXICATING LIQUORS BY SUCH MEANS AS MAY BE ADVISABLE;(V) FOR SUCH CHRISTIAN PURPOSES AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DIRECT.

**Activities:** The trustees shall apply the income of the trust fund for the general promotion of the principles of abstinence from intoxicating drinks and for such other religious purposes and in such manner as the society may from time to time direct.
