The Trustees have considered our level of public liability insurance and other risks. We have

I report in respect of my examination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145 of
the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all the applicable Directions
given bythe Charity Commission under section 1451511bl of the 2011 Act.
Independent Exarniner's Statement
I have cwpleted my examination. I can confirm that no matters have come to my attention in
connection the examination giving me cause to believe that in any material respect:

Charltles SORP IFRS 1021 publlshed on 16 July 2014 rather than the Accounting and
Reportin8 by Charitles: Ststement of Reeommended Prartlce effective from l April 2005
whlch has since been wSthdrawn.
The financSal statements have been prepared underthe hlstorlcal cost convention wlth
Items recognised at cost or tran5artlon value unless otherwise stated In the relevant
notes to these accounts. The financial statements have been prepared In acccrdance
with the Ststement of Recommended Practice: Accountlng and Reportlng by Charities
