preference lor persons who were born in the said borough. In planning our oclivilies. we have kopt in mlnd the
Chority Commission's guidance on public benefit. The policy is lo continue lo provide comlortoble
occommodalion lor quolifying persons. with constant rewew ol moinlenonce and upgrading ol the property.

income from inveslmenls. The Iruslees consider thol they are continuing lo lulfjl o need in the housir*J market
ond residents contributions will continue lo be received ol 0 similor level lo those shown in the financiol
5totemenls. The Iruslee5 strive lo achiove o high slondard ol accommodotK>n ond believe that they will
conlinue lo hove resource% lo do so in the loreseeoble lulure.
Invwlmenl pollcy and oblectlves
These are governgd by the Trustees Inveslmenl Act 1961. The investment in the Exlraordinory R6poir Fund is
specilicolly lor the purposes ol the &xtroordinary repairs lo, impiovement ol. or rebuilding ol the Ilols.
Investment in the Extroordinary Repair Fund 15 £240 per onnum or such greater sum os moy be agreed by the
Iruslees.
