**Objects:** (1) TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE PURPOSE OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL TRAINGING, RECREATION AND SOCIAL, MORAL AND INTELLECTUAL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH THE MEDIUM OR READING ROOMS, LIBRARY, LECTURES, CLASSES, RECREATIONS AND ENTERTAINMENTS OR OTHERWISE AS MAY BE FOUND EXPEDIENT FOR THE BENEFIT OR TH INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OR NORTH FERRIBY. (2) MAINTENANCE O THE SAID PREMISES.

**Activities:** The North Ferriby Village Hall is a community building that provides a low cost venue for people of the surrounding area. Charities and groups as well as small businesses may hire the different sized rooms and halls for many varied activities. It is the objective of the charity to maintain the hall in a good state of repair and cleanliness and to ensure the building is up to date with regulations.
