**Objects:** FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE SICK AND NEEDY RESIDENT IN THE CITY OF LEEDS DURING CONVALESCENCE.

**Activities:** We issue grants to support the health and wellbeing of those in need residing in the City of Leeds Metropolitan District during convalescence. Examples of grants are medical equipment (nebulisers, wheelchairs), helping to fund support groups (mental health, terminal illness), community outreach projects and day trips for adults and children with disabilities.
