**Objects:** THE PURPOSE OF THE COMMUNITY IS TO SERVE GOD, AND TO THIS END TO PROMOTE THE MAINTENANCE, PERFECTION, AND SPREAD OF THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION AND THE RELIGIOUS LIFE, BY PERFORMING THE DIVINE OFFICE, BY THE EXAMPLE AND INFLUENCE OF ITS CORPORATE LIFE, AS ALSO BY TEACHING AND PUBLICATIONS, AND, BY ACTS OF MERCY, TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND DISTRESS, TO PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION, FOOD AND REST, AND TO CARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE IN PHYSICAL, MENTAL OR SPIRITUAL DISTRESS; TO CARE FOR THE SICK AND AGED IN WAYS THAT ARE NOT WITHIN THE SCOPE OF PUBLIC ASSISTANCE, AND GENERALLY TO USE ANY OPPORTUNITY, BOTH ALONE AND IN CONJUNCTION WITH OTHERS, TO GIVE HELP WHERE IT IS NEEDED.

**Activities:** To serve God, promote the spread of the Christian religion, by teaching, publications and acts of mercy. To provide accommodation, food and rest for those in mental, physical or spiritual distress.  By giving of grants to various institutions, for the Promotion of Religion, Medical, Relief of Poverty etc., both in the United Kingdom and abroad.
