primarity of £230,549 01 income from Beech Holme Court. Aftor associated exwnditure of £205.257 this resulted

Net gains oy investments were £25.149: a deuease of 3Pk on the prlor year, refiecting the continued impact of
gloW economic and politlcal uncertainLi8s. Desiyte thi5 m(Mknt gain, the closing to1￿ investment value of
£1,757.082 at 31 March 2025 was £209.3P￿ bwer than the wevious year due lo cash withdrawn from the
