**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF GROBY IN THE COUNTY OF LEICESTER WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We continue to provide a facility for the use of clubs, societies, childrens groups, religious groups, health groups, arts groups, private functions and the elderly. The number of groups using the hall has increased this year. The building continues to be maintained to a high standard.
