Turnover represents maintenance contribulions receivable.

Housing &ssociation grani (HAG) is paid b), the Housing COr￿Tal10n to reduce the
cost of development, together uiih gran￿ from other bodies. Grants received are
recognised in income on a s) siematic basis oN'er the expected useful life of the asset to
which they relwe using the ac¢rual model. HAG is repavablc under certain
circumstances, primarily following the sale of a property but will nornially be
restricted io net proceeds of sale.

thereto. The housing properties cost relates to improvements carried out in 1999 and
includes capitalised inter¢si accrued during deNelopment. Housing properties are

Agricultural land is included at Trustees valuation and is not deprecia￿1￿
