CHARITY REPORT FOR THE CHARITY COMMISSION - 2025
The Trustees ￿ld six meetings during the year, plus the annual insFEth"on of
properts'es and land.
The maintenance contribution for the properb.es and land rent had been
received as requested and general maintenance and further improvements to
the properties was on-go. After the death of one of our senior ladies a
property was fvlly decorated and a new kitchen installed prior to a new tenant
moving in.
Following the resignab'on of one of the Trustees. another was soon appointed,
and the details amended on the Chanty website.
Donats"ons to the Scouts, arKI the Senior Club had again been made together
with a donation to the Church for their Wellbeing Fund and several payments
to senior men and lad￿s.

REPORT ON THE KCC ACCOUNTS FOR 2025
The full accounts for 2025 were checked and examined by the TrUSt￿S which
showed expenditure over income of £3,065. The update of properties being
ongoing. all properties being inspected during the year. The Balan￿ Sheet and
Reconciliation Statement, together with comparisons, were checked and approved
against the Bank Ststements.
The Trustees fvlly accepted the accounts.
