REPORT ON. THE KCC ACCOUNTS FOR 2024
The full accounts for 2024 were ched(ed and examined by the Trustees which
showed income over expenditure of £18,613. The update of properties being
ongoing The Balan￿ Sheet and Reconciliation Ststement, together with
comparisorLS, were checked and approved against the Bank Ststements.
The Trustees fully accepted the accounts.

CHARITY REPORT FOR 2024 FOR THE CHARITY COMMISSION
The Trustees held five meetings during the year plus the annual inspection of
properties and land.
Rents for properties and land had been paid as requested and general
Maintenan￿ and further improvements to Ihe properties was on-going. Following
the death of one of our senior ladies the property was fully decorated and a new
kitchen fitted prior to a new tenant moving in. No properties are empty.
Donations to local causes, induding the Scouts, and the Senior Club had again
been made and the usual payments to the Bedesmen and to several ladies who
needed support in the village.
