SUBJECT TO THE PAYMENTS, AFORESAID THE YEARLY INCOME SHALL BE DIVIDED INTO THREE EQUAL PARTS FOR THE RELIEF OF PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH OF MIDDLEWICH, THE BOROUGH OF CONGLETON AND THAT PART OF ASTBURY WHICH LIES OUTSIDE THE SAID BOROUGH WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS.
