Objects The will of Mr. B. K. Hufton established this fund to be held on trust exclusively for the furtherance of such charitable purposes, charitable institutions or foundations in such proportions as the Trustees shall, in their discretion, determine. The Trustees also monitor the overhead expenses to ensu￿ that they are kept to a minimum. Governance costs Governance costs comprise all costs involving the public accountability of the charity and ils compliance with regulation and good practice. These costs include costs related lo professional fees together with overhead and support costs. 2.
