PREFERENCE WILL ALSO BE GIVEN TO THOSE QUALIFIED AS AFORESAID WHO ARE OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND PERSUASION.

**Activities:** The charity offers a comfortable, well appointed residence, to a couple, or single person who are/is 55, preferably 60 years of age, and are/in preferably the Church of England persuasion. The residence, when vacated, becomes available at a comparatively low cost.
