Discussion points
The following points were noted from our independent examination..
1. Depreciation Calculations
Following our review of the depreciation calculations, we
identified kn assets that are not being depreciated in accordance with the ststed
depreciation policies. Within Scheme No3, the assets 'Kilchen new, and 'Bathroom ne
are currently being depreciated al the incorrect rates. Based on the calculations provided,
'kitchen new would be fully depreciated Over 60 years rather than 15 years, and
'balhroom new over 80 years rather than 20.years We would recommend these rates are
reviewed and corrected in the next financi41 year.
2. AML infomiatlon
we are required to update out AML (Anti-money Laundering
information held on file. In order for us to do this please Could you provide a copy of
valid passport or driving licence for 3 trustees {usually, chair, secretary and treasurer if
these positions are available}.
3. Stock Condltlon report- the trustee minutes in December mention a stock condition
report was lo be obtained. Could you supply us with a copy of the report for our
subsequent events review.
