## **Notes to the financial statements** 

The accounts have been prepared under the receipts and payments basis. 

The accounts comply with the appropriate legal requirements – that is, that the gross recorded income from all sources did not exceed £250,000 and that the charity is not a company incorporated under the Companies Acts.
