Objects: The Trustees Shall Apply The Income Of The Charity For The Benefit Of The Residents In The Almshouses Of The Charity Or Any Of Them In Such Manner As The Trustees Think Fit From Time To Time. The Residents Shall Be Poor Persons Of Not Less Than 55 Years Of Age Who (Except In Special Cases To Be Approved By The Commissioners) Have Resided In The Ancient Township Of Hugill For Not Less Than Two Years Next Preceding The Time Of Their Appointment. If And In So Far As There Are No Persons Qualified As Aforesaid, The Trustees May Appoint Any Person Or Persons In Necessitous Circumstances Resident In The Said Area.
