Minutes from AGM 2023 were read and signed off
The total balance 15[th] May was £31,621.13
The Chair -J.Imeson expressed her appreciation for all the hard work done by the Treasurer-Helen Livingstone
Resignation by J.Hogg meant there was a vacancy on the Trustees Board. Sean Livingstone had volunteered to fill the position. He was nominated by G.Coxon and seconded by J.Little.
Report from Chair. All Trustees were thanked for their work during the past year particularly the Treasurer -H.Livingstone and the Secretary -S.Coxon. It was pointed out that unfortunately this year all user fees would have to rise but that the regular users rise would be kept to a minimum , user groups would be informed after this meeting. There were several areas of work still outstanding-the ladies toilets and the Hall floor, but hopefully grants could be found to help to pay for these items. The Chair ended her report with a special ‘thankyou’ to J.Hogg, who along with her late husband had been long serving members of the Creighton Hall and both had made huge contributions in time and effort over the years.-S.Coxon was to organise flowers to be sent.
At this point all Trustees stood down and were re-elected by K.Greenhoff.

A meeting then followed

K.Greenhoff mentioned that there was a windfarm grant possible and she would send a link to J.Imeson-this would help to pay for the outstanding refurbishments of the toilet and floor.
K. Greenhoff also asked if she could receive regular updates of what was happening re Hall refurbishment.
The School was now using the car park for the weekly food van visits which had proved very popular a £10 weekly fee had been agreed with the School , but if they wanted to use the car park on a second night this would be made available to them
A query re a new film being made in the area was discussed. There seems to have been lots of speculation but so far there was nothing concrete happening.
The regular user fees were to be £25 for the main hall and £18 for the .
Womens Room these would come into effect from September 1[st]
As there was nothing else to discuss the meeting closed at 7.35p.m. , the date for June 25 would be set nearer the time.
Everyone present then enjoyed some refreshments.
