**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF OVERTON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD THEREOF WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** We run regular fund raising events for the whole community and rent on a weekly basis to theOver 60's for whist dominoes, coffee and a chat; Irish dancing classes, Art classes and term time only mornings pre school nursery. On a regular basis the village drama group meet to rehearse and stage regular productions and a friendship group meets for talks and demonstrations.
