Respective responsibilities of Iruslees and the examiner The charity's trustees are responsible lor the preparation of the accounts. The Charity's trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 14412101 the Charities Act 201 I (the 2011 Act) and thal an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to-. examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act,. lo follow the procedure5 laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 1451511bl of the 2011 Act.. and To state whether pailicular matters have come lo my attention.
