The York Street GOS￿ Hall Trust is responsible for maintainirKJ the three church buildings
used by the church members at York Stree( Braunstone and GoodwY￿.
Each church operates independently. alth(wh use of the bjildings is govenEd by the
York Street Trust Deed.
Organisation
There are Trustees from each of the three thwches on the Trust. CuThentty five from Yfxk
Street, six from Braunstone 8nd four from Gc￿Xh￿￿.
The Chair, Treasuw and S￿tary are appointed al the annual gemeral meets'ng, nomially
held in February or March.
An interim meeting is held in September cx Oc*ober.
None of the trustees receive any remUn￿*l0n from the Tn

church buildings are mainlained in good repair in cKder that the individual churches
can use each building to their local ￿Muni￿eS through a rarvae of activities each

Financially the Trust conb'nues to have suffioent furKls in reserve to cover any unexpected
expenditure.
Each of the individual buildings are insur&J and the wlicies have been rene￿1 to an
adequate level of cover.

Future Developments
Intemal decorating at York Street and Braunstone is plann&J ts 2025.
Movement of the Braunstone building and in the rear hall at GCXMJW(￿ is being monitored.
Maintenance work at each building is carrieAI out as and when needed to keep the
buildings in good repair.
