Report for 2023

The aims of the Trust have been met satisfactorily throughout 2023

The buildings owned by the Trust have been maintained in good order, maintenance work having been carried out as and when required. External doors at the York Street Gospel Hall have been replaced and the rear hall doors at Goodwood Evangelical Church have been replaced. Guttering at Braunstone Avenue Hall has been replaced. Movement of the Braunstone Avenue Hall building is being monitored. Movement of the rear hall floor at Goodwood Evangelical Church is also being monitored.

Financially the Trust continues to have sufficient funds in reserve to cover any unexpected expenditure.

Each of the individual buildings are insured and the policies have been renewed to an adequate level of cover.

With the current level of reserve funds and the ongoing donations given by the respective Church groups, it is the expectation of the Trustees that the Trust will continue to be financially secure and able to maintain the properties in a proper manner.
