2024, when HSBC accounts will close. This has provided additional facililies lo Ihe Charity including the
prov15ion of business cards lo key staff and Trustees, and improved access lo online banklng. The
Charity's Financial Protocols have been updated lo rellecl the changes.

practice in the recruilmenl, selection, retention and training of disabled staff. However, the premises are

A number of our supporter5 and other partner agencies donated Christmas gifts lo the Adelalde House
residents, the Christmas Carol Service was well 8tt8nded In¢luding Chrislmas songs and carols
