The 68th Worlo PloughinE Contest was held in Latvia. which. as with previous contests. proved very successful brinwng together ploughmen from around the wortd. The Organisation's consideTS that there are sufficient reseryes to continues to be financiaLIy sound. The Organisation has to retain such reseNes in the event ot any member organising the annual championship becoming Insolvent or unatyle to meet full its financi81 obligations regarding the contest. Responsibiltties ofthetrustees= The Law applicableto charities in Engian(J and Wales requiresthe Trustees to prepare financial statements for e8ch financial year which give a true and fairview of the state of affaiis of the charity and of the incoming resources and application of resources of the charity forthat period.
