The Trust88s agreed that Ihe high co$ts ol Hemsworth Farmhouse refurbishment to mako rt into an energy effic4ent
property were unjustified and subsequentty agreed to sell the property. The property was pul onto open rn3Tket
Novembor 2025., Ihe 8ale completed Marth 2028.
The guwsl cot* was underutilised and the Tru¥lees agreed that this collage would bg bTought b8(* 5nto use for
charitable pvrposes. wilh a new re￿￿￿￿t taking residency in earfy 2026. The Trustees have ag￿ed to look at
attemabv¥ spaces within the complex for guest ac4x)mmodalion use.
