**Objects:** PENSIONS OF UP TO $60 PER ANNUM TO MEN, UNMARRIED WOMEN OR WIDOWS NOT UNDER THE AGE OF 50 OF GOOD CHARACTER AND SOBER LIFE RESIDENT IN ENGLAND OR WALES AND ARE MEMBERS OF THE ESTABLISHED CHURCH OF ENGLAND IN REDUCED, NEEDY AND POOR CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** To provide pensions for men, unmarried women and widows aged 50 or over who are members of the established Church of England, in reduced, needy or poor circumstances.  Applicants must reside in England or Wales.  The numbers of men and women pensioners must be as equal in numbers as possible.
