I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 02/12/2022.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:

accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act or

the accounts do not accord with the accounting records
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.

Section D Achievements and performance Summary ofthe main achlevements of the charity during the ycar The charity continued lo receive contributions from tenants of the 6 Almshouses during the period. During the year, the charity continued the programme of upkeep and general running costs of the A1mshouse5. The Almspersons of the AlmshoLJses benefit from the provision of accommodation, which is available lo persons meeting the charity's crfceria from the wider society. TAR March 2012
Section E Financial review The Trustees endeavour lo maintain sufficient revenue reseryes in order to meet the future maintenance and repairs requirements. The Trustees consider that a minimum balance of £5,000 should be held in order to meet working capital requirements, any shortfall in income or in case of unexpected expenditure. The charity held cash reserves of £299 al the 2nd December 2022, all of which are unrestricted.
