BASIS OF PREPARATION
The financAal statements have been prepared in accordance wilh applic8bl8 accounting standards
including Financial Reporting Standard 102 The Fin8ncial Reporting Standard Applicable in the
UK and Republic of I￿14nd IFRS 1021, the Stalemenl of Recommended Practice for Social
Housing Providers 2018, and with the Accounting Direction for private regisler8d providers of
social housing in England 2022. The financial statemenlg are also prepare(J under the
requirements ol the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008.
The charity is a Public 8enefit Entity a$ defined by FRS 102.
The financial statements hav8 been prepared on a going concem basis und¢r the historical c05t
convention, modrfied lo inclLKle cerlain items at fair valua. The fi'nanckgl ststements are prepared
in sterting, whth ig the functional curiency of the charity.
