The COVID-19 regulations also severely limited the availability of the Hall
for hire to organisations and individuals.
The closure of the Hall due to COVID-19 presented opportunittes for a
major refurbishment programme of the premises which would otherwise

enabled many aspects of the Hall to be improved or modernised whilst
also making it more attractive to potential users.
Activities over the year have therefore related mainly to maintenance and
refurbishment of the Hall which would, when the Hall fully reopens. will
contribute to the objectives and purposes of the Trust.
