In Ilne wlth Amshouse prartlce, residents pay a malntenance contrtbution rather than rent. The Trustees re5pon5ibillty1s to ensure Ihe long-temi viabillty of the facNItyi SSJLh that the objects can contlnue to be rnet. 2. Actlvltles & Achievements 2.1 Outputs & Outcomes The Ajmshouses have been fully occupied through 2025, and slgnificant refurblshment works have taken place, re-bulldlng a boundary wall ènd provldlng new electrlc heatlng In all houses. Ouring the year, a fund¥aising garden party was held to mark the 350 anniversary of the almshouses. 2.2 The Roles & Contributions of Volunteers All roles in the Charitie5- Trustees and Treasurer- are staffed by unpaid vokjnteers, 2.3 Looking Ahead The trustees do not envlsage any materlal change to the routine operatbn of the charitles, nor are there mapr capitsl projerts planned.
