ANNUAL TRUSTEES REPORT FOR THEYEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025
General
The Almshouses Charity was established on the 28th October 1949 and it aims to provide Almshouse
accommodation for the elderly poor land those who find themselve5 in impecunious circumstances) of
the Spilsby district. The Trust comprises of parce15 of land at Raithby and Hagnaby and also 8 Almshouses
as detailed below.
The Charity currenily provides accommodation5 in 8 houses (numbers I to 8 Welford Bungalows, Partney
Road, Spilsbyl- Monies held in the Trust resulting from investments and prior year surpluses are used to
maintain and keep these properties in good ￿Pair and to a satisfactory Standard.
The Charity has the Charity Commission No. 220512 and is a member of the National Association of
Almshou5e5 INO. M10951. The Clerk to the Trust is Mr P Hunt of 10 The Gables. Hundleby, Spi15by PE23
5RD.

agenda5; organising meetings of the Trustees: taking minutes and circulatin8 these to the Trustees: filling
out Charity and Ombudsman Scheme returns,. organising insurance cover, gas and electrical inspection5
and obtainin8 advice on re.investment.
2025 Year
The Almshouse5 remain in full capacity at the year end of 31° December 2025.
