TO ASSIST THE DEAN AND CHAPTER IN KEEPING THE FABRIC IN GOOD REPAIR 3. WITH THE CONSENT OF THE DEAN AND CHAPTER TO UNDERTAKE SUCH WORKS AS TEND TO IMPROVE AND ENRICH THE CATHEDRAL AND ITS PRECINCTS.

**Activities:** The friends of St Asaph Cathedral exists to support the work and mission of the Cathedral both as a place of worship and as an historic building.
