The Trustees continue to monitor gw*ral state of the War Mernodal surround5 in Greenhead
Park, Huddersfidd and appredate the considerable a5Si5tance provwjed ty Kirklee5 Metropolitan
Councll in this resFect. The Trustees report an k)crea5e in from investments of £1,728 from
£34,112 to £35.840. Bank interest increased from £411 to £583, to gfvè total incc¥ne for the year of
£36,423. The Tnjstees approved totsl payn￿t5 madè to t*nefitlng charitlesof £34,500{2￿13'. £32,5CQI
resulting in an Income for ￿ year of £1.739 compared to an IrKc¥ne of £2.023 In 2023.
The grants pald during the year were arprrw•J ty the Tr￿t￿$ at a meetlng held in Apdl 2024 and
paymèrtts were issued in same f￿nth. The b4[a￿e at the bank at 31 DecerTthr 2024 increased
from £38,762 to £40,9)1.

the lor@er term. This relative underperformance reflects a challeng5ng year in 2023, the impact of the
