revlewed after the year ond and found to
be satisfactory. The Charity has a healthy
position going forward both in tomis of
ongoing cashflow roquiremonts and
reserves.
In vièw of the principal asset of the
Charity belng the slx residential
properties, which were constructed over
100 years ago, tho Trustees rocognise the
need lo retaln raservo funds for Cyclical
Ropair and Extraordlnary Repair. In view
of some of the resarve8 havlng been
utilised Sn 2022 on Improving the
properties the Trustees intènd to build
the reserves back up agaln. In Ilnè wlth
this policy £25,000 ha8 been added to th•
