Prospective Trustees are people who have the skills needed to administer the Trust and are often recruited locally. Prospective Trustees are issued with copies of the Charity Scheme, minutes of the last 4 Trustee meetings and copies of the Charity’s policies.

If, after this procedure, the ‘applicant’ wishes to become a Trustee, the Trustees arrange a Special Meeting of Trustees to consider the ‘application’.

Once approved, the new Trustee is involved fully in the administration of the Trust.
