TRUSTEES REPORT

The Herefordshire Masonic Charity is now part of the Herefordshire Masonic Charitable Trust.

The three remaining Trustees are:

The Provincial Grand Master, Michael Timothy Holland.

The Treasurer: Mark Ian Bennett.

The General Secretary & Provincial Charity Steward: Timothy Richard Bridgland-Taylor.

The decision to transfer the funds of the HMCA to the HMCT was made at a Trustees meeting held 8th October 2024.

The charity continues to remain open to ensure any outstanding donations or bequests can be made.

As the Charity Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of accounts: you consider that the audit requirements of section 43 (2) of the Charities Act 1993 (the Act) does not apply to this charity. It is our responsibility to state, on the basis of procedures specified in the General Directions given by the Charity Commissioners under section 43 (7) (b) of the Ac( whether particular matters have come to our attention. Our eXamI￿tion includes a review of the accounting records kept by the Charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records.
