**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF YWCA ARE TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF WOMEN AND YOUNG PEOPLE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IN FURTHERANCE OF THOSE OBJECTS:3.1 TO ELIMINATE ALL FORMS OF DISADVANTAGE EXPERIENCED BY YOUNG WOMEN;3.2 TO ENCOURAGE THEIR SOCIAL, PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT; AND3.3 TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP AND PARTICIPATION IN SOCIETY BY YOUNG WOMEN.

**Activities:** Young Women's Trust champions young women aged 18 to 30 on low or no pay. Our purpose is to create a more equal world of work and raise young women's incomes. We provide practical help so young women can get ahead, carry out research to shine a spotlight on the realities of their lives and bring together a network of thousands of young women to support each other and campaign for equality.
