THE AREA OF BENEFIT FROM WHICH RESIDENTS MAY BE APPOINTED IS THE ANCIENT PARISHES OF RAVENSTONE AND SWANNINGTON AND THE ANCIENT TOWNSHIP OF SWANNINGTON, LEICESTERSHIRE. APPOINTMENTS MAY BE MADE FROM OUTSIDE THIS AREA IN THE ABSENCE OF ANY APPLICATION WITHIN THE AREA.
Objects: (1) The Objects Of The Charity Are (a) The Provision Of Housing Accommodation For Beneficiaries; And (b) Such Charitable Purposes For The Benefit Of The Residents As The Trustees Decide. (2) The Land Identified In The Scheme Must Be Retained By The Trustees For Use For The Objects Of The Charity.
