2. A general programme of rnfurbishmènt was planned and
¢ommenced. This was Includèd new garden fencing and now boilers
and walk -In shovArs wlth safoty features. Those works vmre carrled
out as necessary or a8 rnquested by tho rasidents and are expected
to be completed next year. Parking issues were addressed and It
was plannod to Increaso the available arèa for parking by clèarlng
the site.

1. All tho bungalows werè occuplod throughout tho year.
2. Our clerk, who has givon unfai15ng service over twenty seven
years, is due to retire in 2025 and discussions were held about her
replacement. We also commen¢ed the search for new Trustees as at
least 3 will retire overthe next 18 months.
3. 4 Trustee meetings were hold with 91% attendanco.
4. 2 Trustees attendèd the Almshouse Sèminar hold In Shropshlr• In
Soptembor.

Charity's policy on reserves
Following the pu￿hase of the 8th bungalow in the complex in 2019,
the Charity has continued to bulld up reserves {in¢luding investment
income).
Further investment will be made in the COIF Charities Investment
Fund, as allowed taking Into account the upgrading of the
bungalows as necessary.

alows.
