rindal House Charity is a re8iStered charity, whose aim is to pmwde accomodation to nece55ttous elder
from Newton Abbot and environs. The charity is administered by a Managin8 comrnittee ofTrustees
which employ staff to ensure an effective operation in pvr5UIt of Tru5teE's objertive5. Trustee's have a
knowledge of thetown, the elderty and property requirernents.
Management Committee meetin8s are held bi-monthly with extr4 meetlng5 a5 required.
The property is controlled by a Mana8ingTrustee, and theTrustees of the Committee.

The oblectlves of the charfty are to provlde accoModa￿On forthe nece5sitou5 elderly of Newton Abbot and
its envlrons.
The charlty beneficlaries are those able to reslde at the prope￿.
