Trustee's have knowledge of the town, the elderly and property requirements. Management Committee meetings are held bi-monthfy with extra medings as required. The property is controlled by a ManagingTTU5tee, and theTrustees of the Cornmittee. Oblèciivés & Activitles The oblertives of the charity are to prowde accomodation for the necessltous elderly of Newton Abbot and its enirons. The diarity beneficiaries ire those able to lde at the property.
