Support and assistance to visually impaired people throughout Breconshire,activities include:Making grants for equipment etc to individuals and groupsOperating a "friendly phone" service to the sight chalengedIssuing a CD & tape based quarterly nrwsletterOrganising escorted coach outings to blind persons resource centres and other solial destinations.
Objects: The Objects Of The Association Are: A) The Charity Shall Undertake Work Among Blind And Partially Sighted Persons Resident Within The District Of Breconshire. B) To Consider Applications Received For The Disbursement Of Monies Becoming Available To The Charity To Or On Behalf Of People With Visual Impairment Who Are Residing Within Breconshire And To Utilise These Monies In Such Manner As May Be Agreed By The Charity.c) To Promote And Facilitate Personal Recreation And Social Activities.d) To Represent The Interests Of People With Visual Impairment.
