**Activities:** To financially help individuals or groups of people in the parish of Heacham.  There must be proof of the need and requests for help are fully investigated prior to acceptance.  If there has been no request for financial help then the Trustees decide how best to discharge their responsibilities and donate where they feel it appropriate
