2 The charity owns the freehold land comprising Roe's Almshouses at 9-17 Mill Lane, Stotlfold, Hitchin

The charity also holds investments managed by third party fund managers. Their value as at 31 Aug!

3 was £79, 325.04 (31 August 2024 just over £100,000). The income from these investments is used t expenditure on the almshouses. During the year ended 31 August 2025 part of these investments we withdrawn to meet improvement and other works.

4 The charity's only other asset is cash funds, held in current and deposit bank accounts. 5 During the year ended 31 July 2025 the charity made payments to residents towards their fuel costs if not eligible for the statutory Winter Fuel Allowance.
