Objects: The Provision Of Accommodation For Poor And Deserving Men Who Have Served In The Armed Forces Of The Crown Being Men Of Particular Classes Hereinafter Specified In Order Of Preference That Is To Say:- (1st) Those Men Who Were Disabled During Their Service And Who Have Resided For At Least Four Years Preferably In The Borough Of Warwick, The Parish Of Kenilworth, The Borough Of Stratford-On-Avon, The Parish Of Wotton-Under-Edge, The Parish Of Arlingham But Subject Thereto Anywhere In The County Of Warwick. (2nd) Those Men Who Were Not Disabled During Their Service But Who Have Resided As Aboved Mentioned. (3rd) Those Men Who Were Disabled During Their Service But Who Have Not Resided As Above Mentioned.
