The Charity is administered by a management committee. The trustees serving the charity for the year ended 31 December 2020 were as follows:- Mr T H Charlton Mr J T Biggadike (retired 21 November 2020) Mr R Oldershaw Mrs P Pates Mr D Buck Mr D J Grimwood Mr P Dean Mr R W Lewis Mr T Driver Mr N Barnett (Appointed December 2019) All rents have been successfully collected during the year. The Trustees regularly consider the investments of the charity and continue to believe that investment in agricultural land provides the correct balance between income and capital growth for the charity. There was due to lockdown a reduction in applications for specific grants and as a trial vouchers were supplied at Christmas to the parents of all primary school children at the two Moulton schools who qualify for pupil premium payments to the schools. This was administered by the two schools in order to preserve confidentiality of pupil information and the cooperation of the schools was much appreciated. **914,865**|912,230| **Bulley Davey, Spalding** Page 6 ## **INDEPENDENT EXAMINER'S REPORT ON THE ACCOUNTS TO THE TRUSTEES OF THE MOULTON POOR LAND TRUST (Incorporating the Moulton Minor Charities) FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2020** I report on the accounts of the Charity for the year ended 31 December 2020, which are set out on pages 3 to 6. ## **Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 ("the Act") I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under Section 145(5)(b) of the Act. ## **Basis of independent examiner's statement** My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts, and seeking explanations from the trustees concerning any such matters. The procedures undertaken do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit, and consequently no opinion is given as to wether the accounts present a 'true and fair' view and the report is limited to those matters set out in the statement below. ## **Independent examiner's statement** I have completed my examination.
